- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla
Fold In
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Lemon Glaze
- Lemon juice
- Powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Oil two loaf pans.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar, melted butter, olive oil, eggs, sourdough starter, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined — do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared loaf pans.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pans for 5 minutes before glazing.
